    Excellent, made quickly because I was expecting family to arrive at any moment and I only had a can of pineapple on hand. So I quickly made this cake and everyone loved it. My sister even asked me to write down the recipe for her. And my brother-in-law, who is not a fan of pineapple, told me that he really enjoyed it and found it very light. The baking was perfect, but my oven heats well and I had to lower it to 160C midway through baking. Thank you for this recipe!
