When they tell you it's an instant cream, that's no exaggeration. And with just three ingredients. The cream simply thickens by stirring. Amazing!
Wash and dry the lemon. Grate the zest into a mixing bowl. Squeeze the juice to obtain 80 ml.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk and cream into the mixing bowl, and gently mix.
Then pour in the lemon juice, mix again, and when everything is well combined, divide into small glasses or ramekins. The cream has already thickened, which is why it is easier to pour it into containers with a wide opening.
Keep in the fridge for 2 hours, or longer. Or less if the ingredients came out of the refrigerator. And there you go!
To finish, suggestion: top each jar with crushed shortbread cookies.
