Pear gratin with speculoos, this gratin is perfect for a light and indulgent snack to warm up during autumn/winter!
Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, cream, almond flour, vanilla, and salt.
Peel and cut the pears into pieces, then add them to the mixture.
Divide the mixture among 4 ramekins. Sprinkle the crushed cookies on top of the ramekins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
To finish, let cool a bit before enjoying!
