Peanut Butter Cookies: the Easy Recipe

Original and delicious I just made these cookies, they have a really delicious taste and it's a nice change. However, I had some issues with the consistency of the dough, it was too soft. I didn't want to add flour, so I shaped the dough into a log and put it in the freezer, but nothing worked. As a result, cutting them was a struggle! They ended up in the shape of sticks! Too bad, I'll try to improve the appearance next time. As for the taste, I have no complaints, thank you again. My suggestion: To enhance the peanut flavor, I added 100 g of unsalted roasted peanuts, roughly chopped (definitely don't roast them again as it makes them bitter). Next time, I might try without oats (even though it gives a very pleasant particular taste) and with bits of soft or hard caramel.

Response Hello Caroline. With these proportions, you get about 25 to 30 cookies. For the thickness, cut the log into slices of about 1 cm. You should bake them for 20 to 25 minutes in a medium oven. Thank you for your attention to my recipe.

Failed Biscuits I made these biscuits yesterday, I made about 20; I did not succeed. When I cut the log of dough, it tended to crumble inside (so, to make the dough uniform I had to add 4 small portions of a similar product, it's about the same as yogurt). My biscuits had trouble baking in the middle and I had to flip them during the baking because they quickly became golden. I set the temperature to 6 for 20 to 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them as indicated, even though they were 1 cm thick. What did I do wrong? They would surely have been good, I imagine, since all the ingredients blended well together.

Very good My suggestion: I replaced the chocolate chips with peanuts.

Very good I didn't have any quark, so I replaced it with milk to prevent the dough from being too crumbly, and it was very good!
