Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs (2 whole and 2 yolks) and sugar, then add the sifted flour and baking powder together.
Melt the peanut butter for 1 minute in the microwave (at a maximum of 600 watts) to make it easier to mix with the previous mixture. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and fold them into the batter using a spatula, lifting the mixture. You should obtain a soft but thick batter. Chop the 3 chocolates together in a blender and add them to the mixture.
To finish, place paper liners in the muffin tin and add 1 tablespoon of batter to each. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. The muffins are done when a knife comes out clean and they are well risen.
