We love this Oatmeal, Fig, and Yogurt Cake recipe.
Wash and cut the figs into pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend the oats to obtain a powder.
In the bowl of the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar at low speed, then add the eggs one by one and the almond extract.
Mix the oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder together and add it to the bowl while continuing to beat, finishing by adding the yogurt.
Butter and flour a pan, pour the mixture, and arrange the fig wedges on the dough without pressing them in.
Place in the oven and let bake for about 45 minutes.
To finish, check the cooking with the tip of a knife, wait for the cake to cool before unmolding it. Chop the pistachios and arrange them on the cake.
