Here is a recipe for perfect "Healthy" Muffins for any occasion: breakfast, snack, or a light and indulgent break at the office! They are reduced in sugar.
The day before, soak the raisins in a little bit of orange flower water. Peel the 2 apples. Cut one of the apples into small cubes and the other into slices after removing the core with a corer. Cut the figs into small cubes as well. In a mixing bowl, place the oats. Add the milk, blackcurrant syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
To finish, preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the lightly beaten egg. Add the drained dried fruits and the pieces of figs. Mix all the ingredients well. In silicone muffin molds, distribute the batter to make 6 muffins. On top of each muffin, place a slice of apple and press lightly. Bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
