 300 Mushroom
 1 Onion
 1 Chicken broth
 300 Water
 4 Sour cream
 50 Cornstarch
 2 Butter
 Salt

Peel the onion and cut it in half, then place it in the bowl of the mixer. Blend for 5 seconds at speed 5. Finally, add the butter and cook for 5 minutes at 100°C at speed 2.

Add the cornstarch and cook at speed 4 before incorporating the mushrooms, then set for 6 minutes at 90 °C at speed 3.

Add the water, the broth cube, season, and set it to cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.

To finish, incorporate the sour cream and adjust the seasoning. Blend for 30 seconds at speed 8.
