Small bites perfect for the season, with the first strawberries from the garden, it's hard to resist them... Easy to make, it would be a mistake to deny ourselves. I was able to make 24 small cakes.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Work the butter with a spatula, add the sugar and a pinch of salt, then mix to obtain a creamy dough. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then the flour and the baking powder. Fill your muffin molds two-thirds full with the batter.
To finish, then press a strawberry into each mold. That’s why the strawberries should not be too large. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes. Let cool a bit and unmold. There you go, it’s that simple and delicious, now it's your turn.....
