A delicious recipe for Christmas spiced cookies with a low glycemic index suitable for everyone. This recipe is made with organic defatted almond flour prepared from whole almonds to retain maximum nutrients.

 140 Almond flour
 80 Coconut sugar
 1 Egg
 90 Butter
 1 Four spices
 3 Nutmeg
 1 pinch Baking soda

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the egg, the melted butter, and mix.

When the dough is smooth, form it into a ball and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough should be about 5 mm thick.

When the dough is rolled out, use the cookie cutters to make the desired shapes.

Bake the cookies on the tray for 10 minutes.

To finish, remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
