A delicious homemade apricot tart paired with an apricot drink, the perfect duo to enjoy without moderation! A recipe proposed by Guillaume.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (th.7). Drain the apricots and cut them into slices. Roll out the dough in a tart pan and prick it with a fork.
Spread the slices of apricots on the tart base. Heat the butter in a saucepan until melted, then vigorously mix the melted butter with the sugar and a few drops of almond extract.
Incorporate the eggs and almond powder. Pour the mixture over the apricots. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and vanilla sugar. Bake for 35 minutes.
To finish, enjoy it chilled or warm, accompanied by a fresh organic apricot juice.
