This tiramisu is made with a vanilla pumpkin mascarpone cream and chocolate cookies filled with sweetness and indulgence.

 500 Pumpkin
 30 Butter
 1 Vanilla flavoring
 1 Brown sugar
 125 Mascarpone
 2 Egg white
 1 pinch Chocolate chips
 200 Liquid cream

Preparation of the pumpkin Peel a pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into cubes. Cook them for 10 minutes.

Preparation of the cream Melt some butter and add the pumpkin, vanilla flavor, and brown sugar. Let it cook gently until you obtain a puree. Mix the puree with the mascarpone. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and gently fold them into the cream.

Assemble the tiramisu in transparent cups: on a layer of pumpkin cream, break two cookies into pieces and cover with cream. Gently press a halved marshmallow into the cream, and place a chocolate chip to form eyes.
