Make these banana muffins in the style of banana bread.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns pale. Then add the milk, almond flour, and 2 mashed bananas.
Add all the dry ingredients: rice flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, and the spice blend. Melt the butter and add it to the rest of the mixture. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into small greased muffin molds. Slice the last banana into rounds and place them on top of the muffins.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the power of your oven.
Finally, let them cool and unmold your muffins before enjoying.
