Here is an easy recipe for garlic soup with grilled coppa shavings, to prepare in a cooking robot. This soup is full of flavor and is perfect to serve as a starter.

Ingredients
 1 Leek
 2 Potato
 15 Fresh cream
 1 Dried thyme
 2 Basil-flavored oil
 1 pinch pepper
 6 cloves Garlic
 4 Cured pork shoulder

Place the leeks cut into strips, the potatoes diced, the peeled garlic cloves, the pepper, 1 tablespoon of basil oil, the broth, and the thyme into the bowl of the food processor. Cover with water and start the creamy soup program. Two minutes before the end of the program, add the sour cream and continue the program.

To finish, grill the slices of cured pork in a hot pan and set aside on paper towels. Serve the soup topped with crumbs of the cured pork and a few drops of basil oil.
