    Excellent, good vanilla flavor, ultra simple to make. The secret is to remove it from the heat as soon as it starts to boil, otherwise the cream will curdle and it's ruined.

    Very good! This is the first time I tried a custard, and I didn't mess it up!! It is quite sweet, that's true, but it's not a bother for me. It depends on personal taste, you can always put in a little less sugar!

    Excellent But next time I will use a little less sugar My suggestion: Served with a vanilla/chocolate banana marble cake and Italian meringue... I admit, it was a indulgent Sunday ;-)
