A little treat for the holidays.
Chop the chocolate into "chips" using a blender.
Mix all the ingredients (I use a food processor).
Shape 3 logs of dough and place in the fridge for at least an hour. They should firm up.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the dough into about thirty slices. Roll each one to form a flattened ball. Place on a baking sheet or a silicone baking mat suitable for the oven.
Bake for a maximum of 12 to 15 minutes. The cookies continue to cook after leaving the oven.
To finish, wait a little before removing from the tray. The cookies will harden a bit.
