Here is the very simple and quick recipe to make delicious homemade coconut macaroons.

 120 Shredded coconut
 120 Sugar
 2 Egg white

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut and sugar.

Whip the egg whites until they become fluffy. Gently fold into the sugar/coconut mixture.

To finish, shape into rocks with a diameter of 4 cm and a height of 3 cm, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, place the rocks on a wire rack, and let them cool completely. Eat quickly or store in a metal box.
