Mix all the ingredients well one at a time; for the butter, put a little in the microwave to soften it (it should not be completely melted).
Once the dough is ready, take a small amount of dough and roll it with the palm of your hand, not forming a round ball but a slightly flattened shape, and place it on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven (150°) and wait for the cakes to bake. Do not brown too much as the biscuit will become too hard afterward.
Take two cookies and put them in the jam to stick them together. This will form a ball.
Roll the ball in the coconut.
To finish, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
