A small family dish with chocolate and banana to delight your children and adults.
Mix the flour and almond powder, mix the butter with the sugar. Add an egg and mix. Incorporate the flour and almond mixture, blend well together, add the melted chocolate. Allow to cool.
Cut the pastry sheets in half and then fold them in on themselves to obtain strips about 6 to 7 cm wide. Brush each strip with melted butter using a brush. Place a dollop of chocolate cream at one end of a pastry strip and top it with a slice of banana. Fold the strip into a triangle and seal it with butter.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7). Place the samosas on a baking sheet and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven, avoiding over-browning. Serve immediately.
