Cauliflower velouté with kale pesto (made in a cooking robot). The kale pesto adds flavor and strength to the cauliflower, which is rather mild.

 600 Cauliflower florets
 1 Potato
 30 Grated Parmesan
 30 Pine nuts
 3 Kale
 1 clove Garlic
 4 Olive oil
 salt, pepper

Put the cauliflower florets, the diced potato, the broth, and cover with water in the bowl of the mixer. Start the creamy soup program, and 5 minutes before the end of the program, open the mixer and add the cream, then let the program finish.

To finish, in a small food processor, blend the washed and dried kale leaves (without the large stems), add the parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil, and blend everything until not too fine. Serve the soup hot with the pesto on the side.
