A good soup to warm up when it's cold outside is the rule of winter. Here is my recipe for cauliflower soup with potatoes to delight and warm you in winter.
Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into large pieces.
Cook them in boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
Cut the cauliflower, wash it, and cook it in boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain and mash the vegetables into a smooth puree.
Place the puree in a saucepan and gradually add the broth along with the cream until you achieve the desired texture.
To finish, season to your liking and enjoy your meal!
