This cauliflower nugget recipe is taken from a book on funky and veggie living.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into medium-sized florets.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds, and thyme.
In another bowl, mix the mustard, soy sauce or tamari, and maple syrup.
Dip each florets into the mustard mixture, then into the flour mixture.
Place them on the baking sheet as you go. Bake for 25 minutes.
