Discover this cauliflower gratin recipe. Highlighting béchamel and curry, this recipe offers a change from cauliflower in vinaigrette! Discover this delicious dish that will please both children and adults.
Preparation of the cauliflower Clean the cauliflower and keep the small florets. Steam for 20 minutes.
Preparation of the béchamel sauce In a large container, melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Once melted, add the flour and mix. Bring the milk to a boil, letting it boil for a few moments. Pour the milk over the flour/butter mixture while whisking. Season with curry, sweet paprika, salt, and ground pepper. Return to very low heat, mix vigorously, and set aside.
Preparation Preheat your oven to 180 °C. In a baking dish, place the cauliflower florets. Regularly drizzle with béchamel sauce. Grate fresh cheese over the dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Serving: At the end of cooking, if your casserole is not golden enough, heat it for 5 minutes under the broiler. Enjoy immediately.
