Preheat the oven to 200°C (therm. 6-7).

Preparation of the plums. Wash the plums and cut them in half to remove the pits.

Arrangement of the mirabelle plums Spread the dough in the mold and place the mirabelle plums in it.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cooking Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

To finish, sprinkle lightly with brown sugar and let cook for another 5 minutes.

    I had never tried it with cinnamon... a delight! I added crushed cookies as the tart base and didn't add any sugar, the plums contain enough.

    Plum Tart Here is an excellent recipe for plum tart! Just like we love it! Nothing to add!! Beautiful and tasty. My suggestion: For my part, I do not use cinnamon.

    Delicious. I added crushed butter cookies on the bottom of the shortcrust pastry and a splash of mirabelle brandy.

    My suggestion: I add semolina to the bottom of the pie, which absorbs the juice because the plums release a lot of it.
