A no-bake treat that needs to be tried urgently!
Start by placing the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them roughly with a rolling pin. Do not reduce them to powder; it's better when there are still pieces! Distribute the crumbs into the 4 glass containers.
Then slice the bananas into rounds and arrange them nicely on the cookies. Half a banana per serving. Next, pour two generous teaspoons of caramel sauce over the bananas.
To finish, in a mixing bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, adding the vanilla sugar (for my part, this amount of sugar is more than enough to sweeten the whipped cream, but perhaps depending on personal taste, it might need more!). Pour the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a star or plain tip, and distribute it into the glasses. Decorate with caramel sauce, cocoa powder, or a slice of banana...
