I make this recipe every autumn to comfort myself and give me energy with the decrease in brightness and the longer days. I enjoy it at breakfast and/or as a snack, accompanied by a good coffee and maple syrup for those who crave something sweeter.
Mix the flour, hazelnut powder, and baking powder.
Incorporate the 3 eggs and mix well with a whisk.
Melt the butter. Once melted, incorporate it into the mixture and mix well.
Peel the ripe bananas and mash them with a fork. Incorporate them into the mixture and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
To finish, grease a cake pan, pour in the mixture, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 180°C.
