Original recipe made with leftover granola. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.
Preheat the oven to 165°.
Peel and cut the apples into small cubes and the banana into thin rounds.
Mix the pieces of apples, bananas, and sugar in a bowl.
Put everything in a small baking dish. Add the granola and then the tablespoons of syrup.
Bake for 25 minutes in a convection oven.
To finish, enjoy while warm.
