Between the small cookie and the large cake, there is the muffin! This little individual cake is so easy to enjoy. With the freshness of the apple, it's perfect for a nice snack.
In a mixing bowl, blanch the eggs with the fine sugar and vanilla extract. Add the yogurt and mix. Add the flour, almond powder, baking powder, and mix. Add the diced apples and cranberries, and mix. Divide the batter into the molds. Sprinkle with some sliced almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until the muffins are cooked. Let cool on a wire rack and unmold.
To finish, note: to ensure that each little heart has its cranberries, I place half of the batter in the muffin tin, add 3 cranberries, and cover with more batter.
