Preparation of the dough Make a well in the flour, pour in all the ingredients, and mix by hand until you have a smooth dough.
Shaping: Make balls 2 to 3 cm in diameter and place them on a greased baking sheet or on a sheet of parchment paper.
Cooking: Place in the oven at 150 °C for about 4 to 5 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 °C.
Remove them when they are still white, just before they turn golden, as it changes very quickly. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and wait for them to cool before eating.
