 215 Flour
 5 Baking powder
 85 raw sugar
 85 blonde brown sugar
 2 Salt
 150 softened butter
 1 Egg
 120 Roasted unsalted peanuts
 190 dark chocolate chips
 115 milk chocolate chips
 40 peanut puree
 40 peanut praline

°Using a spatula or the bowl of a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix the butter with the sugars and the salt. °Add the egg, the praline, and the peanut butter, and mix. °Finish with the sifted flour combined with the baking powder. Mix until a ball forms. °Add the peanuts and chocolate chips, mix, and form 60g balls.

To finish: ° Place them on the baking sheet (be careful, they spread while baking) and place in the fridge for 2 hours. ° Preheat the oven to 165°C, bake the cookies for 10 minutes, let cool on a rack; they will harden as they cool.
