It’s not always easy to have cookies that are both soft and crunchy. This chocolate and hazelnut cookie recipe is proof that it’s possible.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar vigorously.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixing bowl. Add the salt and mix.
Add the hazelnuts and the chocolate chips.
Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes.
When you take them out of the oven, wait 5 minutes before removing your cookies from the baking sheet.
To finish, place your cookies in an airtight container to keep them soft and crunchy.
