Recipe for Brussels Sprout Sauté

A recipe that will reconcile you with Brussels sprouts. Perfect for the first chill of the season.

Ingredients
 1 Apple
 ½ Onion
 5 Peeled hazelnut
 8 Brussels sprouts
 Grape seed oil
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Clean the cabbage, remove the outer leaves if necessary, cut into quarters and remove the stem. Rinse under water.

Peel and dice the apple. Thinly slice the onion. Set aside.

In a pot, bring water to a simmer, then dip the cabbage for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a wok or skillet. Sauté the onion. Once it turns golden, add the diced apple and cabbage. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.

Finally, just before serving, add the chopped nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

    It changes! This recipe is a must-add to your winter menus. The taste of Brussels sprouts is much milder. My suggestion: I added walnut oil.

    I'm on board! Excellent! I didn't have grape seed oil, so I cooked it with olive oil, and it was very good! My suggestion: I served this dish with a pan-seared salmon fillet. Very healthy and tasty meal :)

    To reconcile This recipe is truly surprising. I'm not a fan of Brussels sprouts, but I really enjoyed this one. It's a recipe that reconciles you with the unique taste of Brussels sprouts. My suggestion: I didn't have any grape seed oil, so I used olive oil, and it was excellent nonetheless.
