Indulge in these mini chocolate Christmas balls. Very easy to make and recreate.
Rehydrate the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
Heat the lime juice in the microwave and dissolve the drained gelatin leaves.
Bring the cream to a boil with the milk chocolate chips.
Pour this cream into a dish, cover it directly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or longer.
Make small chocolate balls about the size of a walnut. Roll them in praline or powdered chocolate.
There you go, it's done; all you have to do now is enjoy.
