Warm up with this delicious recipe for Provençal cream soup. Ideal for an autumn starter, this soup is creamy, indulgent, and easy to prepare.
Boil water in a pot and dissolve the beef bouillon cubes.
In the meantime, chop the basil and the rosemary.
Add the flour mixture to the broth, then the crushed garlic, basil, and rosemary.
Cook for 4 minutes while stirring.
Blend the ratatouille until there are no vegetable pieces remaining.
Finally, add the ratatouille. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Allow to heat for another 4 minutes over low heat.
