Strawberries prepared in a way that makes their flavor explode! With the "brand new" mint that has appeared in the garden, it's a delight. However, be careful not to overdo it with the orange blossom; it should enhance and magnify the strawberries, not mask their fragrance!
Rinse, hull, and cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Place them in a bowl, add the lemon juice, and then the other ingredients. You can add a little more brown sugar to taste.
Wash and then add some chopped fresh mint leaves. Mix everything well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the strawberries to release their juice.
To finish, serve in a bowl or individually in small dishes. In this case, decorate with a mint leaf. Enjoy your meal!
