The cookie, this little cake so easy to make, quick... and that everyone loves. It's hard to resist and only take one bite. These cookies are chocolate and nut, deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Mix the butter and sugar until you have a slightly creamy mixture. Add the egg, then the flour and the baking powder. Mix well.
Toast the nuts for a few minutes, meaning to brown them dry in a very hot pan for just a few minutes. The nuts will be slightly golden, and most importantly, you will notice they will have more flavor. Add the chips and nuts to the batter.
Shape the cookies: take a ball of dough and form a small circle.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
To finish, place the formed cookies on a buttered baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes for soft cookies, 15 minutes for crispy cookies.
