This "for beginners" recipe is really quick and delicious. Faster than any fruit pie, jot down the recipe for these little treats before you go on vacation. Do count on two portions per person to avoid frustration.
Preparations Wash and dry the nectarines. Draw circles with your cookie cutter on the back of a sheet of parchment paper and place it on a baking tray.
Nectarines On the surface, spread the honey in the drawn circles and sprinkle with almond powder. Cut the nectarines in half, remove the pit, and slice each half fairly thinly. Place them in the drawn circles, slightly overlapping the slices at an angle. Use yellow nectarines, which are preferable for cooking compared to white ones (which are very fine and delicate raw).
Cooking Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut out eight circles using a cookie cutter and place these dough discs over the halved nectarines, in the marked circles. Press down slightly on the edges. Bake for about twenty minutes, but check starting at fifteen minutes.
Finishing Touches: Take the baking tray out and flip the small tarts. You can enjoy the tarts (two per person) or sandwich them together, two by two, with the tops facing each other.
