This apple, hazelnut, and lemon cake is vegan: without eggs or dairy products.
Peel, core, and cut the apples into quarters. Cook them covered with a little water, then mash them into a puree.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, hazelnut powder, sugar, candied lemon, baking powder).
Add the yogurt, the applesauce, the oil, and mix.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake.
To finish After 40 minutes, check the cooking with a knife blade.
