If you have some strawberries left, you can prepare these little soft cakes for your family. Very easy and quick to make, they are delicious and will delight you at snack time or for breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, static heat.
Blend the softened butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing slightly between each addition to incorporate them.
Add the flour and mix on low speed until a smooth texture is achieved. Then do the same with the milk.
Place 10 muffin molds on a tray. If they are not silicone, remember to grease them or place a muffin liner inside.
Divide the dough among the molds.
Remove the stems from the strawberries. Cut one strawberry into 5 slices and arrange them on the surface of a cake, gently pressing them into the batter. Do the same for each cake.
Bake and cook for 30 minutes.
To finish, let cool slightly, then unmold onto the serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can find the detailed recipe on my blog, along with many other delicious recipes.
