Is the creamy cheesecake from your bakery tempting you, but you avoid it because it's too high in calories? We have what you need since we’ve revamped this cake to create a very low-calorie version. One serving contains only 115 kcal and is much larger than store-bought options. Additionally, the recipe only uses 3 ingredients and is super easy and quick to make.
In a bowl, mix the soft cheese with the cornstarch and the sweetener.
In another bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the yogurt.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the mixture, always stirring in the same direction.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in (round dish of 15cm diameter here). Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Once the cake is baked, let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then place it in the fridge for a few hours or, preferably, overnight.
Unmold, cut into pieces, and enjoy.
To finish, enjoy your meal!
