What could be better for a snack than homemade cookies? These ones are well flavored with orange and super soft. They literally melt in your mouth when they are warm. Plus, they are very easy and quick to make.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, static heat.
In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, orange zest and juice, oil, and baking powder. Mix well with a fork.
Add the flour in three portions and continue mixing until the dough is smooth.
At the end, fold in the chocolate chips.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Using 2 spoons, drop rounded mounds of dough onto the tray, spacing them apart, with 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then place them on the serving dish.
To finish, once they are well cooled, store them in a cookie box.
