 30 Flour mixture
 ½ Squash
 25 Semi-skimmed milk
 20 The translation of "Comté" is "grated cheese."
 1 pinch Nutmeg
 1 Oregano
 Salt and pepper

Bring a large volume of water to a boil.

Wash the squash, cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and core, then cut it into smaller pieces. Place them in water until the flesh is soft. Remove the pieces from the water and blend them.

Bring the milk to a boil, sprinkle in the flour while stirring, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Add, off the heat, the cheese and the nutmeg, salt and pepper.

In a hot pan, grill the slices of smoked bacon for 2 minutes.

To finish, mix the two preparations. Add a few leaves of oregano. Enjoy!
