 250 Natural yogurt 300 Organic
 25 Butter
 500 Cream cheese
 100 sugar

Melt the butter and mix it with the muesli.

Spread out in the bottom of 4 small rectangular molds. Place in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, immerse the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.

Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Pour the softened gelatin sheets into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture. Heat over low heat to dissolve the gelatin.

Incorporate this mixture into the yogurt preparation while mixing quickly.

Pour into the rectangular molds.

To finish, chill for a minimum of 2 hours. Unmold and decorate with fresh fruit.
