Preheat your oven to 210°C.
Prepare the crumble dough. Mix the flours and brown sugar in a bowl. Add the butter in small pieces and mix. You should obtain a sandy dough.
Place the mirabelle plums in a buttered baking dish or in individual ramekins and crumble the topping over the top.
To finish, bake for about 20 minutes. The crumble should be nicely golden.
