 600 butternut squash
 100 fresh goat cheese
 20 Flour
 20 Butter
 30 peeled nuts
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 clove of garlic
 2 Nut oil

Wash the squash (or peel it if you prefer), and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic clove and slice it. Cut the butter into small pieces. Roughly chop the nuts. Cut the cheese into pieces.

Prepare the crumble: mix flour, butter, nuts, salt, and pepper until you get large crumbs. In a baking dish, arrange the cubes of squash. Drizzle with oil, add garlic, salt, pepper, and chili. Add the pieces of cheese and finish with the crumble.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

To finish, serve as a main dish or as a side.

    There are inaccuracies in the recipe: oven temperature, type and quantity of chili. I find that the amount of goat cheese and crumble is too little compared to the squash, at least to make it a main dish. Finally, with 30 minutes of cooking, the squash was too firm; I may have cut the pieces too large... Otherwise, the combination is nice.
