 1 pinch Salt

Preparation of the ingredients In a pot, sauté the bacon. Meanwhile, slice the onion and cut the carrots into rounds.

Cooking When the bacon is golden, add the frozen peas, frozen small onions, slices of carrots, sliced onion, lettuce leaves, the herb bouquet, sugar, 1 glass of water, and salt and pepper.

Simmer for about 30 minutes.

    Excellent Very good recipe made and remade many times! My suggestion: I only use one large onion but no shallots... It's a matter of taste!
