 1 Sliced pineapple
 50 Butter
 20 Oil
 150 Sugar
 1 Yeast
 1 Vanilla sugar
 3 Egg
 150 Flour
 1 Rum

In a buttered 22 cm diameter mold, place 7 slices of pineapple and then fill the gaps with the remaining slices. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Set aside the juice for later.

Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the oil, sugar, and vanilla sugar packet, then whisk everything together. Incorporate the eggs, flour, and baking powder.

Pour the batter into the mold over the pineapples.

Bake for 30 minutes, monitoring the cooking. When the cake browns, insert the tip of a knife to check if it is cooked.

Remove from the oven and then invert the cake onto the serving platter.

To finish, mix the rum with the pineapple juice. Pour everything over the cake and let it cool.

    But wow, the cake is so beautiful! I added a syrup to the bottom of the dish before placing the pineapples and cooked it for 15 more minutes. Thank you for the recipe!

    Very easy to make, I just took it out of the oven and it looks like in the photo! However, I replaced the rum with martini, which is a pure delight!! Great recipe.

    I simply added a bit of butter and less oil, and added 1 tablespoon of rum along with whipped cream for decoration. Everyone was impressed!

    Nothing to say: delicious This is the first time I’ve succeeded with my pineapple cake. My suggestion: I caramelize my pineapple beforehand, I add 15 minutes of cooking time, and I eat it the next day or the day after: it is all the more fragrant and moist.

    What a treat! Super easy and quick, my wife and daughter enjoyed it; pure happiness for our taste buds! My suggestion: Additionally, it also works with apples. You mix sweet apple slices into the batter and follow the rest of the instructions; less sweet but better for our arteries!
