 2 cocoa
 2 cornstarch
 2 sugar
 20 liquid cream
 30 milk
 60 chocolate
Whipped cream
 30 heavy cream
 2 powdered sugar
 1 ground coffee

Dilute the cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar in a small amount of milk.

In a saucepan, mix the liquid cream and milk. Add the previous preparation and bring to a boil. Let simmer until thickened.
