 110 Sugar
 270 Honey
 20 Flour
 ½ Cinnamon
 60 Semi-salted butter
 3 egg
 170 crushed pistachios and hazelnuts
 100 Chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 170°. Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the pan. Place the dough in the pan.

In a large bowl, mix the sugar, honey, cinnamon, and flour. Add the 3 eggs, then the melted butter, and finally the dried fruits and chocolate chips. Pour into the mold over the dough.

To finish, bake at 170°C for 40 to 45 minutes. Let it cool completely. Enjoy.
