Mix the couscous grains with the milk and cream. Let it swell for 10 minutes.
Grate the vegetables and add them to the previous mixture, mix everything together, add the eggs, cheese, parsley, and season, mixing everything well.
To finish, pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for 25 to 35 minutes.
